Binaural Beats
Were first discovered in 1839 by a German experimenter H. W. Dove. Basically, binaural beats are perceived as an auditory beat which is used to entrain specific neural rhythms, at the frequency of an external stimulus. They encourages altered states of consciousness.
Audio embedded with binaural beats has the ability to induce & improve the Hypnoidal state & this leads to 'hyper suggestibility' to our positive suggestions. The therapeutic application of music embedded with binaural beats, has been scientifically proven. The benefits include deeper relaxation/meditation, stress reduction, pain management, improved sleep, decreased sleep requirement, super learning, enhanced creativity & improved intuition/telepathy.
Our binaural beats combine powerful meditation techniques, as well as positive affirmations, subliminal sounds & guided Visualisation. Also, they are concentrated in the Beta frequencies (around 14 to 24 Cycles Per Second), which is associated with increased concentration, alertness & improved memory. Their effectiveness is increased through relaxed & focused use.
Subliminal Sounds
Our CD's contain Subliminal Sounds that have been specifically created to induce deeply relaxed states. Once a person is relaxed, they become extremely susceptible to overt positive suggestions. This is because the conscious mind has a sentinel standing guard at the threshold of the subconscious. Our Subliminal Sounds help to lull that guard off to sleep (so to speak) so that we can plant powerful overt positive suggestions, that eventually express themselves physically. We have no hidden words or phrases in our material. However, we aren't at liberty to disclose the subliminal sound that we use, as it is a naturally occurring sound that can't be protected by patent.
Biblio-therapy
This is the therapeutic use of Guidebooks with dynamic interaction between an individual & literature. It can effect positive change in the emotions & behaviours of an individual while fostering self-understanding, catharsis, changing the way people interact, promoting satisfying relationships, assisting in solving day to day problems, acting as a source of information & providing great relaxation/enjoyment. The effects of Biblio-therapy on self-esteem & self-concept have been scientifically validated.
Pranayama Yoga

The nostrils are alternately blocked off using the thumb & pinkie of the right hand while the remaining three fingers are resting gently between the eyebrows.
Begin by practicing this exercise for a few minutes each morning & evening, then gradually increase each sitting until you are doing 5 or 10 minutes, twice daily. Gradually & cautiously increase the period of retaining the air & the number of repetitions. Pranayama Yoga should not be practiced just after eating, or when you're very hungry. Once you have advance in this practice, you'll gain enlightenment & greater union with the Universe.
The Sun Salutation
This is an excellent Yogic technique to practice, early in the morning while facing the sun. The forward bending & lifting stimulates blood flow & helps to stretch/relax your back, shoulders, legs & arms, as well as increases the flow of blood to your head. The muscles of your thighs & calves as well as your hamstrings are also stretched. The slight twist of the spine creates suppleness in the spinal discs & relieves lower back discomforts. Remain in the forward bending position for the duration of your exhaled breath. Initially try 2 to 3 repetitions gently & slowly.

Mind Maps
A Mind-map is a stylised spider diagram that contains information in the form of pictures & text. The image you create can later be visualised whenever you need it (i.e. During an exam). When you create a mind map you should use lots of colour & include diagrams/sketches. This make the information more interesting to your brain & revision more enjoyable. Step 1) In the centre of a piece of a page identify the topic you are producing your mind map about. Step 2) You now need to draw the main topic branches. These need to contain the main categories of information that will be included in your spider diagram.
Consider answering these questions through simple illustrations: What, when, why, where & what...
